Guniness TV ad “World”
I’ve just watched this great Guniness TV ad, “World”. Must say how cool, and how I have always enjoyed the Guniness ads.

I was reading the other day this interesting article on the Smashing Magazine website by Jad Limcaco. The article was a challenge for designers to design something every day for 365 days.

A quick fund raiser flyer
This was a “knock it up quick” project for Freedom Church Jersey. A6 and A4 flyers for a charity auction. Turn around time from being asked to print 2 hours.

Quick review of eyeplorer.com
I love findind new tools and webservices. I came across http://en.eyeplorer.com yesterday and thought that I would do a quick review
What is it
EyePlorer visually displays related facts about a searched topic , and it categories the relationships of those facts to that searched topic. It also allows you to drag and drop facts on to a notepad which then can be emailed or copied to your machines clipboard ready to paste into an application.

Amazing Lego Video
Wow I just stumbled on this video, it was posted on http://digitaltools.node3000.com/. I love it because it reminds me of my old Spectrum 48k and spending hours loading games via tape, and also because it is done in Lego… so if you have over 1500 hours to spare you know what to do next.

100 years of Visual FX
Found this 5 minute video that quickly runs through 100 years of Visual FX. Some great memories, as a kid, watch some of these movies and being totally blown away by the magic. Obviously not everything is included by a major one missing for me was the Matrix. Enjoy.

Top Firefox Add-ons a designers view
Using FireFox 3 as my browser of choice, I love the ability to download add-ons and customise my browsing experience. The are so many cool FireFox add-ons out there that can customise and speed up your internet surfing.
As a designer/developer I’m always wanting to do things in the least amount of time possible and also feed my creative side. Below is my current list of FireFox Extensions that I have installed that enable me to do that.
